I went to get my glasses done, but someone was coughing heavily. I wanted to leave but felt bad about canceling my appointment, as I had already canceled twice. Then, the assistant told me that there was a problem with my appointment. This gave me a good excuse to cancel and get out of there. I am grateful to God for this.
I ran a study and got a good result. I also got work done in time because another meeting got canceled. I am grateful to God for this.

I’ve been having trouble sleeping because of my ventilator problem, but yesterday I slept very well. I am very grateful to God for this.

I got a lot of work done even though I wasn’t very motivated and felt tired. I even worked on my game and novel. I am grateful to God for this.

Due to my medical condition, I use a ventilator at night, and after changing it, I was having a lot of trouble using it. I prayed to God about this. Last night, I found a way to use it comfortably, and I used it pretty well. I am so grateful to God for answering my prayers. Sleeping and breathing is important to me, and I’m so grateful to God for helping me.
I sent the materials for what I hope is the final version of my manuscript, and I was told that they were received. This brings me one step closer to publication. I thought I might need to edit the materials, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I am so grateful to God for making even this stage be easy.
I got a note from my agent about how much money my book has earned, and it’s surprisingly higher than expected! I’m grateful to God for this.
I resolved several problems fairly quickly. And I got good results for a study I ran. I am grateful to God for making work go well.

I got a revise and resubmit for another paper! I am so grateful to God for this. I am not worthy in any way. Secularly, I neither put in that much effort nor am talented enough. And religiously, I am a wretched sinner. I am so grateful to God for this wonderful gift.
Relatedly, I submitted what is hopefully my last version of the other paper. I am so grateful to God for making this process unbelievably smooth. It is an awesome gift for which I am so grateful and not worthy.
