I had a virtual doctor’s appointment today, and there was some very, very good news about a new medication. It almost feels like a miracle. I am so grateful to God for giving me all the things I need in life and so many blessings. He is truly so good!

I emailed some professors, none of whom I know personally, and a couple of them already replied very kindly and positively! I’m quite surprised at their friendliness and work ethic. I am grateful to God for their positive replies. It gives me hope for my applications.

We are blessed to have air-conditioning, but it wasn’t working due to this exceptionally hot weather. Thankfully, it is now working! I am grateful to God for this.

I heard that today, the FDA approved a new drug for my medical condition! This is such a blessing, for which I am so, so grateful to God. Even five years ago, there weren’t any drug treatments for my condition, and now there are two! What’s more, it’s approved for all ages and types, which is great news. I’m so grateful to God for this. He is so good!

I was doing karaoke with my mom, and she remembered a niche song that I like! It was really quite touching. I’m grateful to God for giving me such a good mom and for reminding me of this.

Every four months, I have to undergo a medical procedure as part of the treatment I’m taking. They use local anesthesia, but it still hurts to a certain extent, depending on the doctor. Today, it barely hurt! Another thing that I don’t like about it is that it sometimes gives me a horrible headache. But today’s headache was very tolerable! Finally, during the procedure, there was a potential complication, but it didn’t turn out to be a problem. I pray one Our Father, three Hail Marys, and one Glory Be while waiting, and I’m so, so grateful that God answered my prayers.
